The kitchen can be decorated with some awards from renowned restaurant guides. An important building block to this are the in-house products, starting with the fish farming, the own hunt, over homemade jams, home-smoked ham, own pasta up to the homemade cakes.

Closed on Mondays. Tuesday to Sunday morning from 8.00 o'clock in the evening until 22.30 o'clock. Warm kitchen from 11.30 o'clock to 14.00 o'clock and from 17.30 o'clock to 21.00 o'clock. In between, a Vesperkarte and home-baked cake is offered.
